Fugro-Geoteam reports the successful completion of a large 3D survey, offshore Alaska in the Chukchi Sea. The project was conducted for Statoil E&P USA Inc., by the ''M/V Geo Celtic'', during the relatively brief ice-free season, and resulted in the recording of over 2600 square kilometers in 40 days.

This high level of production combined with minimal loss of time, zero infill and no environmental incidents, was the result of extensive planning, preparation, and close-cooperation between all parties. Fugro's personnel and facilities located in Anchorage were also utilised throughout the duration of the project, providing local support, expertise and resources.
