Petrobras Gas & Energy, the power production division of the Brazilian Oil & Gas, signed June 26th 2012 a contract with Rovsing Dynamics to implement OPENpredictorTM for monitoring of business critical equipment at 16 Thermal Power Plants, with an electrical output capacity of 5,2 GW.
The condition information from more than 150 main equipments, as 61 Gas Turbines, 19 Heat Recovery Steam Generators,10 Steam turbines and Gas engines will be centralized in the Condition Monitoring Centre in Rio de Janeiro for efficient support of local plant Operation & Maintenance.
