American Liberty Petroleum, Corp. have signed an engagement letter with Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI), an oil and gas consulting services firm to assist the Company in determining its next steps in the development of its Nevada-based Cortez operation.

American Liberty has two wells on their 3,840 acre lease on the Cobble Cuesta structure, which are showing live hydrocarbons and fair to good oil and gas shows. NSAI will help the Company "identify the best course of action to further develop the Cortez operation."
