Gulfstream Services names Marcel as Manager of Global Operations - Decommissioing Services

Gulfstream Services, Inc.

Gulfstream Services, Inc. (GSI) has named Billy Marcel as Manager of Global Operations – Decommissioning Services Division, announced Gulfstream Services President Mike Mire.

Based in Houma, La., Marcel will be responsible for the daily supervision of personnel and products as well as the long term growth strategy for the decommissioning operations in the US and Aberdeen, Scotland facilities.

Marcel has been with GSI for 7 years, most recently as Operations Manager – Decommissioning Services Division for US operations after serving as Platform Decommissioning Operator.
