Stratex Oil & Gas to participate in new Whiting Petroleum Three Forks well

Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc.

Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc. has elected to participate in a new Three Forks formation horizontal well being drilled on its leasehold in Stark County, North Dakota.

On April 22, 2013 Stratex received an A.F.E. from Whiting Petroleum for the Zalesky 14-8 PH to be spud on June 14, 2013. Stratex has informed Whiting that it will participate in the well.
