Frontier Resources International has signed a strategic consulting agreement with ResCom-Shelf an integrated Russian resource company, based in St.Petersburg. ResCom-shelf specializes in onshore and offshore geoseismic and engineering surveys both in Russia and internationally.

Previous projects included Nord Stream - a major undertaking for a subsea pipeline route connecting Russia and western European countries. Frontier, through its Technical Services Group, will provide technical assistance in the fields of engineering, economics and project

Vladimir Petrov, Managing Director of ResCom-Shelf said the alliance with Frontier would be of great benefit to his company as it would enhance its technical capabilities and facilitate the further development of the business.
