ICoTA Europe

The Intervention & Coiled Tubing Association (ICoTA) European Chapter and SPE Aberdeen are on the hunt for the next generation of energy leaders by offering innovative school pupils in the area the chance to impress industry experts in a new competition.

The competition, entitled The Energy Apprentice, sets a challenge to pupils from Cults, Kemnay, Dyce and Westhill Academies to devise a smart and sustainable idea for the oil and gas sector and to present it before a panel of industry representatives. Presentations will be held in advance of the 18th SPE ICoTA European Well Intervention Conference, entitled ‘Delivering more for less’, at the AECC in Aberdeen on November 14 and 15.
