Eni completes the sale of 11.69% of Snam's share capital

Eni S.p.A. has successfully completed the sale of 395,253,345 shares equal to 11.69% of share capital of Snam S.p.A (Snam) (the 'Offering').

The total consideration of the Offering amounted to 1,458.5 million euro.

The Offering, carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding aimed at Italian and international institutional investors, was priced at 3.69 euro per share and will be settled by delivery of shares and payment of the consideration on 14 May 2013.

JP Morgan and Unicredit acted as Joint Bookrunners for the Offering.

Following the placement Eni holds 8.54% underlying the € 1,250 million convertible bond, issued on 18 January 2013 and due on 18 January 2016.
