Altor Risk Group, the Aberdeen-headquartered global risk and emergency management specialist, has announced the promotion of two team members.

Matthew Wardner moves from Director of Services to UK/Europe Business Unit Leader whilst Rona Young moves from UK/Europe Team Leader to Group Head of Business Development.

Altor CEO Jim Walker said of the appointments: “These promotions are not only well deserved, but are also key as we look to further expand the business. Over the next few months, Altor plans to increase its global team from 45 to 60. By appointing Rona and Matthew into these roles they bring the skills and experience needed to help the Group achieve this ambitious growth.

“Since Altor was founded three years ago, we have established a strong presence not only within the UK but also in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. In their new roles, Matthew, with the efforts of the UK team, will continue to expand the services throughout Europe and Rona, will co-ordinate and help expand our global presence.”
