American Pollution Control Corp. (AMPOL)-3

American Pollution Control Corp. (AMPOL) has secured a contract to complete an asbestos abatement procedure in Equatorial Guinea, announced CEO Kirk Headley.

The agreement between AMPOL and the operator includes performing the asbestos abatement onboard a drill ship located off of the coast of West Central Africa. The project will require a crew of three and is expected to take 30 to 45 days to complete.

AMPOL is an industry leader in industrial, commercial and residential asbestos removal and abatement services. As an experienced hazardous material abatement specialist, other abatement programs performed by AMPOL include lead, mold and mildew with offshore capabilities.

“At AMPOL we have worked hard to establish ourselves locally, nationally and recently internationally as an experienced company that can react to jobs big and small regardless of location,” said Headley. “Whether we are completing a job in south Louisiana, Brazil or off of the African coast, our clients will receive the same level of professionalism and efficiency.”
