Atlantic Petroleum acquires additional equity in the UK Perth discovery

Atlantic Petroleum

P/F Atlantic Petroleum says that Atlantic Petroleum UK Limited the Company's wholly owned subsidiary has signed an agreement with Nexen Petroleum U.K. Limited to acquire an additional 4.18139% equity share in the Perth discovery.

Completion of the agreement is subject to receipt of all required waivers, consents and approvals.

Atlantic Petroleum UK Limited currently owns a 6.61765% interest in the Perth discovery.
