Blackdog Resources Ltd. has appointed James W. White as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. White has over 30 years of financial experience and has served the Company as its accountant since 2006, during which time Mr. White has been actively involved in the preparation of Blackdog's quarterly and annual financial statements and management's discussion and analysis. Mr. White graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1978 with a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree and received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1979. The Company has granted Mr. White 25,000 options at a price of $0.26 for five years vesting immediately.

Linda Legere-Tetzlaff has tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in order to focus her time on her young family. The Company would like to extend its sincere appreciation to Ms. Legere-Tetzlaff for her efforts.
