Caspian Energy Inc. says that Chunming Ma has tendered his resignation as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Caspian, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities. Caspian's board of directors (the "Board") has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive Officer.
"We are grateful for Mr. Ma's contributions during his tenure as Interim Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board," said Michael Nobbs, Chairman of the Board. "We wish him the best in his future endeavours."
