CB&I's scope of work includes detailed engineering design, procurement, fabrication, field construction and mechanical installation, including supporting infrastructure.

The project, located approximately 25 kilometers northeast of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, is scheduled to be completed in 2011.
