Engineering and construction company Clough Limited declares the appointment of David Crawford as a Non-Executive Director to the Clough Board, effective immediately. Mr Crawford fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Mike Harding in October 2010.

Mr Crawford has extensive experience in boardroom operations, particularly with Australian organisations. He currently holds Chairman positions with Westralia Airports, Canola Breeders WA and HRZ Wheats. He is a non-executive Director for Grainfood Innovations and President for the National Competition Council. Mr Crawford is also Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Curtin University Graduate School of Business.

Prior to commencing his Board career, Mr Crawford held leadership positions with Wesfarmers, Ranger Minerals, Western Collieries and CSR.

Clough's Chairman Keith Spence said, "I am delighted to welcome David Crawford to the Clough Board. David's significant board experience, combined with his resource industry background, will make him a valuable member of our team."
