The oil company Norske Shell decided that the consulting firm Tech Consulting in conjunction with alliance partners PDS Protek, Tech4hire and Petro Marine Engineering in Alliance will provide engineering and project administrative personnel to the Norwegian Shell the next three years.

Besides multidiscipline engineering services for engineering, operation and completion and subsea and drilling disciplines covering the agreement also HSE / QA, procurement, contract and project management.
From before, the four partners in the Engineering Alliance framework agreements with both Aibel and Statoil. In relation to Norske Shell to alliance partners provide personnel to the company's offices in Stavanger, Aukra and Kristiansund.
