Trelleborg’s acquisition of Mehren Rubber A/S through its Engineered Systems business area has now been completed.

The company has annual sales of about SEK 65 M, approximately 30 employees and is located in Sande (20 km south of Drammen), Norway.

Mehren Rubber is a niche-oriented contract producer of down-hole packers (oil/gas extraction equipment for sealing the area between the tubing and the wall of the wellbore).

Trelleborg Engineered Systems has annual sales of approximately SEK 5.3 billion, with about 3,700 employees.
