Vista International Technologies

Vista International Technologies has recently entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Mustang Consulting, LLC to facilitate the development of Vista's projects in its pipeline. The two entities have worked together on a number of past initiatives, and Vista management believes that this current agreement will allow the company to expedite the deployment of its third generation Thermal Gasifier technology across multiple vertical markets.

Mustang has over 25 years of experience in the development, construction, operation & maintenance (O&M), and management of power projects for both Investor Owned Utilities and Independent Power Producers. Over this timeframe Mustang personnel have been tasked with the entire range of technical and commercial activities required for power plant development and operation, and have been involved in the deployment of over 13,000 MW of commercial power production capacity. Their technical expertise includes work on power projects using municipal waste-to-energy, nuclear, solar, geothermal, hydro, waste coal, biomass, coal, and gas technologies.

Vista CEO Tom Pfisterer expressed excitement about the new agreement, stating, "We have always had a strong belief in the strength of our Thermal Gasifier technology, and its ability to operate efficiently across a wide range of biomass-to-energy and waste-to-energy projects. This agreement with Mustang will now allow us to provide the full range of development services to any of the customers in our project development pipeline, and will significantly reduce the time required to get our first projects on the ground."
