Cosalt Offshore has transformed its Aberdeen-based premises to help increase manufacturing capacity.

The company worked with the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS), part of Scottish Enterprise, to analyse resource allocation and identify bottlenecks.

As a result Cosalt Offshore has completely redesigned its mechanical workshop, introducing an automated conveyer and monorail system, allowing for the significant reduction of manual handling and increased productivity.
