Donnycreek Energy Inc. has entered into an exclusive non-binding letter of intent with an industry partner to sell 6 sections of the Company's non-core and non-producing petroleum and natural gas rights in the Deep Basin, Alberta for cash consideration of $2 million.

The closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur on or prior to June 29, 2012 and is subject to customary closing conditions, due diligence, management approvals and the negotiation of a binding purchase and sale agreement.
