Emerson Process Management reported that Curt Terje Espedal has become the new European Regional Manager for Roxar Software Solutions.

Espedal’s brief will be to strengthen partnerships and provide the very best solutions, service and support for Emerson’s key European and, in particular North Sea, customers, such as BP, Statoil and ConocoPhillips, as well as increase market share for Emerson’s innovative reservoir modeling, simulation and interpretation solutions. Espedal joins Emerson from E&P software company, Landmark Graphics, where he has worked for the past 13 years, with his last role being Managing Director of the company’s Norwegian operations.

“Curt’s high-level management skills and experience in business development and customer relationships will be crucial to us, as we continue to provide the very best software solutions and support to our growing European customer base,” said Kjetil Fagervik, managing director of Emerson’s Roxar Software Solutions.
