Epsilon declared the appointment of Kar Yong as interim Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Yong will be assuming the CFO responsibilities from Mr. Arandjelovic while the board of directors continues its search for a permanent CFO.

Mr. Yong has been a Chartered Accountant over 35 years, working as an external auditor and in financial analysis of a number of private and public companies, including 25 years with Ultramar.
