Fitch confirms rating on DONG Energy but revises outlook tonegative

Dong Energy - Siri platform-2

Fitch Rating has affirmed their 'BBB+' rating on DONG Energy A/S, but changed the outlook from stable to negative. The revised outlook is a consequence of challenging market conditions and DONG Energy's unsatisfactory financial results in 2012.

The information provided in this announcement does not change the previous financial guidance for the 2012 financial year or the announced expected investment level.
