GL Noble Denton has declared plans to poll hundreds of oil and gas industry professionals on issues affecting today’s industry at the World Petroleum Congress in Doha (4-8 December 2011).

The poll, which will be held on GL Noble Denton’s stand at the event (9216), will include questions on the ability of the industry to sustain future supply, the level of effort being made to encourage younger generations to join the sector, and the potential impact of unconventional gas as a long term solution to energy demands.

Participants will be invited to vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to a key industry question each day, using their business cards as ballot slips. The results of each day’s question will be announced the following morning, before voting on a new industry issue begins.

All voters will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad2 at the end of the Congress.
