High North Resources Ltd. says that effective February 26, 2015, Lawrence Walter has resigned as a member of the board of directors of the Company to focus on his other ongoing commitments.
High North's President and Chief Executive Officer, Paul Starnino, stated: 'We would like to thank Lawrence for his dedication and valuable contributions to the Company and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.'
