Knight Oil Tools has opened its new fishing services facility in Oklahoma City and has hired Wes Cooper as District Manager to oversee the facility’s operations.

This new facility, located at 4001 Beacon Drive, in southwest Oklahoma City, provides a full line of fishing and drilling tools to accommodate both open hole and cased hole work throughout Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle and parts of North Texas.

The new facility, which covers 9,600 sq ft with approximately 1.5 acres of yard, will be managed by new District Manager, Wes Cooper. Cooper will oversee the daily operation of the facility and help Knight establish a fishing tool and service presence in Oklahoma. He has 33 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

“Once again, Oklahoma has become a key location for all aspects of the land drilling market,” said Clark Carnes, Vice President of Fishing Services. “With previous Oklahoma locations focused on pipe rental, cleaning and inspection, it was a natural progression for Knight to open a fishing store offering quality fishing tools, attentive service and experienced personnel to the Central US.”
