Matra report that Vladimir Lenski and Ekaterina Sapozhnikova have been appointed to the board with immediate effect. Vladimir joins the board as Managing Director and Ekaterina joins as Finance Director.

Vladimir Lenski, aged 51, will be responsible for the day to day management of the Company's London office and will report directly to Maxim Barskiy, the Company's Chief Executive. Mr Lenski has many years experience in senior management including running multinational, high growth companies.

Mr Lenski's has held senior roles in the media and telecommunication industry including as CEO of Kommersant Publishing ZAO and Managing Director of NTV Plus Satellite TV Company. Mr Lenski holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he has been on the Advisory Board since 1995.
