MENA Hydrocarbons Inc. has entered into a share purchase agreement (the "Share Purchase Agreement") with SacOil Holdings Limited
The Share Purchase Agreement dated September 9, 2014 provides that SacOil will acquire Mena International Petroleum Company Ltd, a Cyprus-registered exploration and production company, (MIP), from Mena International Petroleum Holdings Company Ltd (the "Seller"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the "Transaction"), subject to certain conditions. The principal asset of MIP is the Lagia Project in Egypt.
