DONG Energy reported that the acquisition of Shell Gas Direct from Shell UK has been completed.

DONG Energy acquired Shell Gas Direct for GBP 30 mill. equivalent to approximately DKK 260 million.

“In the new company, DONG Energy Sales UK, our primary objective right now is to secure the customers a smooth transition and continue the first class service provided so far. We will strive to enhance the service with new offerings and tailored consulting,” says Executive Vice President Lars Clausen, DONG Energy.
