He is responsible for technical and strategic competence and capability within the company.

Newly appointed business development director Sally Hayles has previous extensive experience as a director within a business development role, managing a portfolio of global blue-chip clients for leading oil and gas companies. She previously worked as a business development director at qedi where she played a key role in substantially increasing the business turnover and internationalisation of the business. Latterly she was employed as operations manager at Atlas Interactive Limited where she increased profitability considerably and also significantly reduced staff turnover. Within Mintra she will be focussed on investment opportunities, strategy, recruitment and sales campaigns.

Peter Conner, managing director of Mintra, said: “I am delighted to welcome them to the team - it’s a great coup for Mintra to get this level of personnel with proven experience back together again. Mintra prides itself on being a fusion of well-known people with proven knowledge and experience in this field. Each of the three new directors is a perfect fit with the future plans for the company. We continue to be focussed on leading the evolution of oil and gas competency and Mintra’s recent contract wins are testiment to the quality of service we offer.”
