Mirage Machines, an Acteon company, has appointed Adam Polisena as general manager. Polisena will be based at Mirage’s headquarters in Derby, UK.
In the newly created role, Polisena will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, enhancing the portable machine tools production process and supporting the company to achieve its ambitious plans for growth in 2015. Polisena has almost 30 years’ experience in business management, working in both blue chip technology companies and the aerospace industry.
Richard Silk, Mirage managing director, said, “This is an exciting period of expansion for Mirage. As we continue to grow overseas, we have recognised the need to provide a strong operational base from which to supply our portable machine tools around the globe.
