Mosaic Oil NL spuds Brynog-1 (ATP 471P Bainbilla Block)-Spotlight

Mosaic Oil NL says that its wholly-owned Taylor-19 gas/condensate development well has been successfully completed for production.

After clean-up flow, the Taylor-19 well has flowed at a stabilised rate of approximately 10 MMscfd (million standard cubic feet per day) of gas over a two hour flow period.

Mosaic Oil’s Managing Director Mr Lan Nguyen said “The initial results from the clean-up flow are very encouraging. This flow rate and flowing pressure are better than expected."

The Taylor-19 well will be connected to the Silver Springs gathering network by the end of October 2008 for production.
