Merrick, a lprovider of information technology solutions for the oil and gas industry, has opened a wholly owned subsidiary, Merrick Norway AS, in Oslo.

Merrick Norway will serve primarily to handle Merrick’s business in Europe, sell its software and related services and support the Company’s local clients, business and partner network. Merrick Norway is the first in a network of local offices planned to support Merrick’s expanding global business. Additional subsidiaries are scheduled to open soon in Calgary, Canada, Bogota, Colombia and Singapore.
