Xodus Group has appointed Dr. Mark Hutchinson into the new position of Head of Advanced Engineering to promote technical engineering excellence on global energy projects.

Dr. Hutchinson brings a wealth of experience, particularly in renewable energy projects. Chartered in mechanical engineering, naval architecture and professional management, he joins Xodus from global engineering consultancy Fichtner where he was Head of Wind Energy, managing design teams for offshore and onshore wind projects.

"We have a significant engineering capability within Xodus working on diverse low carbon and oil and gas projects. The addition of Mark's heavyweight advanced engineering expertise will be of great benefit to clients," CEO of Xodus Group Colin Manson said.
