ONS 2010

On 24 August 2010 the doors will open on ONS 2010. Over 1200 exhibitors will be ready to showcase their innovative solutions and products, while the conference will be dealing with some exciting issues. Organisers claims that as part of our preparations for ONS 2010 they have upgraded ONS.no so that they can help you in the best way possible plan your visit easily and effectively.

The programme for our high-profile conference is also beginning to take shape. The conference committee, chaired by Steinar Våge, managing director at ConocoPhillips Norge, is currently working on the details of the programme incorporating our theme of energy for more people. For instance, plans are underway for separate sessions dealing with innovation, the challenge of climate change, and solutions to the global energy famine.

The demand for exhibition space at ONS has never been greater. Exhibitors from all over the world have been flocking to take part, and during the summer we have already had to set up a waiting list for exhibition space. In a world in economic crisis this emphasises more than ever how important it is for us to come together to create opportunities for growth and solutions to our challenges.

In order to meet some of this demand, Organisers have decided to expand the exhibition area by 2500 sq. m. This will provide space for more exhibitors, but unfortunately it will not be sufficient to satisfy current demand.
