Origin Energy provides results of Silvereye 1 exploration well

Origin - Trefoil 2 well

Origin Energy has declared the results of the Silvereye 1 exploration well in Bass Basin, Tasmania

The well has not encountered any significant indications of hydrocarbons and will be plugged and abandoned.

Silvereye 1 is an exploration well located in exploration permit T/44P, operated by Origin some 65km west-south-west of the Yolla gas field.

The primary objectives were Paleocene and Cretaceous sandstones within the Eastern View Coal Measures.

T/44P Participating Interests: Origin Energy Resources Ltd: 60.0% (Operator) AWE Limited: 40.0%
