Petris Technology, Inc. reported the release of PetrisWINDS™ OneCall 5.0. This release brings numerous usability and functionality enhancements, substantial new developments, and the migration to ArcGIS® 10 to the industry-leading Call-Before-You-Dig Ticket Management System.
Enhancements to OneCall in this latest release include expanded header information, the ability to define customizable fields on all reports, a new action to close canceled tickets, and automated positive response to both New York OneCall Centers.
