Range advises that the completion of the Range Resources Drilling Services Limited (RRDSL) disposal has been delayed and is now anticipated during April 2015.
To date, Range has received US$2.30 million of the sale proceeds. Range is due to receive the remaining sale proceeds of US$2.07 million at final completion, as well as US$0.50 million as a result of balance sheet adjustment (total amount of US$2.57 million) in accordance with the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
