Seadrill reach 66.18% ownership in Asia Offshore Drilling Limited

Seadrill secures new contract for West Hercules-Spotlight

Seadrill Limited has acquired additional 2,488 shares of Asia Offshore Drilling Limited. The shares were acquired at price NOK 28.70 per share.

Following this acquisition, Seadrill will be the owner of 39,709,313 shares in the Company, corresponding to 66.18% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company.
