Shoreline Energy Corp. anticipates closing the final tranche of its flow through private placement (the "Offering") on or about July 23, 2013 at which time Shoreline will publish its third quarter capital expenditure program and associated guidance.
All of the securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
