Sonoran Energy declares the appointment of James C. Row to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Mr. Row will also serve as Audit Committee Chairman for Sonoran Energy.

Mr. Row currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Extex Operating Company and Viking International Petroleum, as well as a General Partner for Texas Producers Energy. Throughout his career Mr. Row has held various senior positions for a wide variety of energy-focused companies, and has successfully navigated both public and private entities through periods of funding and transition. In these roles Mr. Row has led over $8 billion worth of energy and infrastructure projects, in which he was responsible for all financial and legal due diligence, pricing, M&A activities and EPC contracts.& nbsp; Mr. Row holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Wyoming, a M.A. in Business Administration and Finance from Arizona State University, and a C.A.S. from the American Graduate School of International Mana gement. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Sonoran Energy’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Peter Rosenthal commented on the appointment: “James’ extensive experience in energy finance and business development made him a clear choice for Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman.
