Norway-based offshore fleet owner DOF Subsea has secured word from Brazilian oil company Petrobras of the extension of three charter contracts worth another 1.3 billion kroner ($195 million) over six years.

DOF's share price rose 17.77 percent on the news.

DOF’s Brazilian business Norskan secured its Memorandum of Understanding for three anchor-handling tug supply vessels: Norskan Botafogo, Skandi Rio and Skandi Fluminence. DOF Subsea Brazil will provide ROV services onboard two of the vessels, work included in the contract estimate, the company said Tuesday.
