DOF Subsea Norway awarded ROV services contract

EM710 for DOF Subsea Norway

Bergen-based specialist subsea service company DOF Subsea Norway has been awarded a contract for the provision of ROV services onboard Skandi Vega by end client StatoilHydro.

The 2 year contract will commence during the first quarter of 2010 with options to extend the provision of services up to 6 further years. Commenting on the award, General Manager, Duncan MacPherson states “we are pleased to be working together with DOF ASA to deliver an integrated solution to our common, valued client StatoilHydro.”

Skandi Vega is a state of the art Anchor Handling vessel which will be among the most powerful in the world.
