Spyglass Resources Corp. announce the following board of director and executive management appointments, effective July 1, 2014:
◾ Tom Buchanan will assume the role of Chairman of the Board; ◾ Dan O'Byrne will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director in addition to his current role as President; and ◾ Randall Findlay, the current Chair of the Board, will become Lead Director.
These changes are a result of a planned succession at Spyglass to ensure that the Company retains strong continuity in leadership at all levels. Spyglass will focus on improving financial flexibility through targeted non-core asset sales, improved cost efficiencies and delivering long term value appreciation through the development of its core growth assets.
