Statoil extends surface management contract

AGR Drilling Services-2

Statoil has exercised options in the current framework agreement with AGR Field Operations for surface management services. The extension has an estimated total value of NOK over a period of 12 months. This contract has an estimated value of remaining options.

AGR Field Operations will provide Surface Management services including AGR’s proprietary SOLV™ concept to all Statoil on - offshore installations in Norway and on the Norwegian Continental shelf, a total of 44 installations.

Åge Landro, Executive Vice President of AGR Field Operations commented: “This extension will allow us to continue the current relationship between AGR Field Operations and Statoil all across their operations in the North Sea region. We see th are valuable in the effective management of their assets.”

AGR Field Operations has witnessed an increased focus from our clients in relation to the value adding maintenance management service we provide. As a result of this strong growth during 2011 with a number of new clients in the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico and Brazil.

The maintenance management team consists of more than 140 highly skilled and highly qualified employees within the Maintenance Management amongst the leading providers of integrity engineering services and innovative solutions to the Oil & Gas industry.
