Sub-sea work specialist Oceaneering has posted a record fourth-quarter profit of $45.5 million, or a 52-percent improvement year-on-year on quarterly revenues that shot up some $140 million to $481.6 million.
The Houston-based company announced diluted earnings per share of $0.81, a 33 percent improvement over the year-ago period.
The company’s Subsea Products business showed operating income had risen 70 percent in 2007 on sales of specialty products and umbilical.
