Farstad Shipping ASA has been awarded the Stockman 2009 award for smaller and medium sized listed companies. It is the second time Farstad Shipping ASA receive this award, last time in 2003.

The award is presented to the listed company that during a fiscal year publishes the best annual and quarterly reports evaluated from a financial analyst's point of view, and that in its day to day business emphasize to communicate relevant information towards the financial market and the shareholders.

The award is established in order to stimulate listed companies to present the best possible information available.
