TNK-BP declares that jointly with EMEX it is deploying a unique integrated system for monitoring and consolidating Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) data in all company subsidiaries.
The new system will improve safety levels in the company and ensure that the most effective management decisions are taken in the HSE sphere. Deployment of the new system, which has a common data base covering all company subsidiaries will enable real-time tracking of incidents and detailed statistical analysis of a wide range of parameters to identify current trends and effectively prevent HSE risks.
The system will be available in the form of an application for desktop computers and, in the future, tablet PCs used by company managers and HSE specialists. The process of integrating all subsidiaries into the project, at a total cost of over $1.5 million, is scheduled for completion during 2013.
