Triangle Energy refers to the ASX announcement dated 12 December 2012 wherein Triangle Energy (Global) Limited "Triangle") signed a Letter of Intent covering six Moroccan exploration blocks with Morocco's Mines and Petroleum Office, ONHYM.
Triangle submitted to ONHYM proposed work programmes and applications for each licence in January 2013, shortly after this the Moroccan Government experienced a turbulent political landscape until October 2013 when a new cabinet was appointed.
