Trican agrees to acquire i-Tec Well Solutions

Trican Well Service Ltd.

i-TEC Well Solutions AS says that the Toronto, Canada listed Trican Well Service Ltd. has acquired i-TEC. The acquisition was confirmed by both parties on December 20th.

i-TEC is a privately-owned company based in Norway that specializes in completion and intervention solutions through the development of completion and intervention tools. i-TEC has operations in Norway, the United States and Canada.
